Return Eligibility

Returns are ONLY accepted for verified manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, unaltered condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Complete documentation must be provided

Required Documentation

All return requests must include:

  1. Unboxing Video showing:
    • Sealed package with visible shipping label
    • Complete unboxing process
    • Initial product condition
    • Detailed footage of alleged defect
  2. High-resolution photos of:
    • Specific defect area(s)
    • Complete product
    • Original packaging
    • Product identification tags
  3. Original proof of purchase
  4. Order identification number

Non-Refundable Items

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Products without verified manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged through use or handling
  • Products received beyond the 30-day claim period
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products showing signs of use or alteration
  • Claims without complete documentation
  • Custom or modified items

Refund Process

  • Review Period: 2-3 business days
  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after return receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable except for verified damage upon delivery
