Scope and Limitations

TapestryVibes accepts returns exclusively for verified manufacturing defects within thirty (30) days of delivery. This policy constitutes the entire agreement regarding returns and supersedes all prior agreements or representations, oral or written.

Manufacturing Defect Claims

To initiate a manufacturing defect claim, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Notification Period: Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery
  2. Product Condition: Item must remain in original, unaltered condition with all tags attached
  3. Documentation Requirements: The following documentation must be provided:
    • Complete unboxing documentation (video format)
    • Comprehensive defect documentation (video and photographic)
    • Original proof of purchase
    • Order identification number

Required Documentation Specifications

Video Documentation

Claimant must provide:

  • Continuous unboxing footage showing:
    • Sealed package with visible shipping label
    • Complete unboxing process
    • Initial product condition
  • Detailed footage of alleged manufacturing defect

Photographic Documentation

Submission must include:

  • High-resolution images documenting:
    • Specific defect area(s)
    • Complete product
    • Original packaging materials
    • Product identification tags

Claim Submission Process

Claims must be submitted to refunds@tapestryvibe.com and include:

  1. Order identification number
  2. Detailed defect description
  3. Complete documentation as specified above
  4. Contact information for correspondence

The Company will review submissions within two (2) to three (3) business days.

Exclusions

The following are expressly excluded from return eligibility:

  • Products without verified manufacturing defects
  • Products damaged through use or handling
  • Products received beyond the thirty (30) day claim period
  • Products lacking original packaging
  • Products exhibiting signs of use or alteration
  • Claims submitted without complete documentation
  • Claims without valid proof of purchase

Quality Assurance Statement

All products undergo systematic quality control procedures including:

  • Pre-shipment quality verification
  • Standardized packaging procedures

Return Processing

For approved claims:

  1. Company will provide return authorization and shipping instructions
  2. Refunds will be processed to original payment method
  3. Processing period: Five (5) to ten (10) business days from receipt
  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for verified damage upon delivery

Legal Notices

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • Company reserves the right to make final determinations regarding all claims

  • Unclaimed packages
  • Customer-refused deliveries
  • Packages returned to sender due to customs issues

  • Local postal service limitations
  • Delivery attempts outside carrier policy

2. Order Processing

  • Orders cancelled after processing has begun
  • Changes requested after order confirmation
  • Size or color preference changes
  • Customer change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

3. Product Specifications

  • Color variations due to monitor settings
  • Size variations within stated tolerance
  • Pattern placement variations
  • Minor design variations
  • Product measurements within stated ranges

Limited Refund Scenarios

Refunds may only be issued in the following specific circumstances:

1. Verified Manufacturing Defects

  • Must meet all documentation requirements as specified above
  • Must be reported within thirty (30) days of delivery
  • Must provide video and photographic evidence as specified

2. Payment Processing Errors

  • Double charging
  • Incorrect amount charged
  • System processing errors

Refund Process and Timing

  • Manufacturing defects: 5-30 business days after return receipt
  • Processing errors: 5-10 business days after confirmation

2. Refund Methods

  • Original payment method where possible
  • Store credit if original payment method unavailable
